Salus Clinic is one of Dubai's fastest growing aesthetic clinics, known for delivering high quality non surgical treatments and personalised patient care. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Nurse to join our team and support our growth.

Start Date: Immediately

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is confident, well presented and passionate about aesthetics and patient care. You will work closely with our doctors and therapists to ensure seamless treatment flow, exceptional patient experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist doctors in performing non surgical aesthetic treatments including injectables, skin boosters, PRP, IV Drips and regenerative procedures Support the team in turning patients back to back while maintaining a calm and professional environment Build strong relationships with patients to ensure comfort, trust and long term retention Provide pre and post treatment care and clear patient education Collaborate closely with the clinic team to maintain a smooth treatment flow and high service standards Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and treatment notes Cross sell and upsell suitable treatments in a natural and personalised way Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, stocked and prepared Follow all DHA regulations and clinic protocols Support minor tasks such as prepping rooms, assisting therapists and handling patient queries Optional but beneficial experience in basic facials and laser handling

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in nursing, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology DHA license or eligibility Strong communication skills and a friendly patient focused approach Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and the wider team Confident, well groomed and presentable at all times Comfortable in a fast paced environment with back to back patients Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatments and protocols Sales confidence with the ability to upsell gently and naturally Understanding of patient care, safety and confidentiality standards
