We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Aesthetic Clinic Manager

to lead the operations of a

premium aesthetic clinic

. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing beauty salons or aesthetic clinics, with strong leadership and sales abilities. This role requires someone who is results-driven, team-oriented, and capable of ensuring a high-end client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Lead and motivate a team of therapists, technicians, and front desk staff to achieve performance and sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally and promptly. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client retention. Monitor stock levels, clinic supplies, and manage inventory efficiently. Prepare and review operational reports and KPIs. Coordinate with the head office on marketing, staffing, and clinic performance updates. Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a similar role in a

salon or aesthetic clinic

setting. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a solid understanding of customer service in the beauty/wellness industry. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to relocate.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
