We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with strong experience in Autodesk REVIT Architecture to join our design team. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural and interior fit-out models and drawings while collaborating closely with designers and other project stakeholders.

Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with strong experience in Autodesk REVIT Architecture to join our design team. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural and interior fit-out models and drawings while collaborating closely with designers and other project stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate, clash-free architectural and interior fit-out models and drawings using Revit Architecture, including Revit families.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment with project and contract requirements.
- Follow BIM execution plans and drafting standards and organize files in accordance with department protocols.
- Deliver models and drawings on schedule and within project budgets.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to support the design and coordination process. (Please note this is not a site-based position.)
- Stay current with the latest drafting and BIM trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute to team improvement initiatives by sharing best practices.
- Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Autodesk Revit Architecture
- Strong background in fit-out interiors drafting using Revit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines
