DESCRIPTION
Job Scope
- Technical leadership and support of operational teams and unit in all Production Optimization activities in producing assets.
- Technical leadership and support of operational teams and units in all Production Enhancement activities.
- Technical leadership and support of operational teams and units in Completions and Well Intervention activities.
- In-depth understanding of tight and unconventional reservoir appraisal, development and management with proven track record in multiple locations preferably established in North American unconventional assets.
- Identify, design, execute and follow up, as a leader, and as a hands-on executer, of inflow/outflow optimization, and inflow/outflow enhancement activities in all Jurassic Gas reservoirs.
- Identify, design and execute well construction requirements to maximize well production in different completion types, including but not limited to Multi Stage Completions, Monobore Completions, non-Monobores, Horizontal Completions.
- Support well conversion, well extension, sidetracking and other well construction activities of the legacy production wells.
- Assist in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs, and alternatives to proposed capital projects.
- Liaise with other departments to identify growth opportunities and capture synergies between assets.
- Support sustainability projects in line with environmental standards and decarbonization targets.
- Provide technical expertise in executing the upstream strategy, Asset Action Plan, Field Development Plan including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
- Advance (PE-relevant) graduate level degree as a follow from the Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
- MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 20-25 years of multi-country, multi-organizational experience with a minimum of 10 years in engineering (PE) consulting in an NOC or IOC.
- Track record of working in multiple organizations preferably in multiple onshore geographic locations including unconventionals, conventionals, gas and oil appraisal and development programs.
- Strong and proven track record of developing an asset in a setting similar to Jurassic Gas asset incorporating conventional and unconventional resources in complex structural settings
