Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build contacts.
Provide feedback and market insights to management to improve products and services.
Uphold company brand values and ensure high standards of customer service.
Identify and approach potential clients to sell advertising space across various media (print, digital, outdoor, broadcast, etc.).
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Develop customized advertising proposals based on client needs and target audience.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ad placement details.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure ad campaigns meet client expectations.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and media innovations.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches.
Manage client accounts from initial contact to post-campaign follow-up.
Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and campaign execution.
