: We currently searching for Paid Ads Specialists on behalf of a leading, fast-growing Marketing Agency based in Dubai. This role will initially be remotely based. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to join a successful, well-established business who have huge growth plans within the next 12 - 18 months. The ideal Paid Social Executive will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience, preferable from an Agency background. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C businesses, and on all social platforms.
• Researching & creating targeted ads and writing compelling ad text.
• Developing, executing and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
• Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
• Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to clients or internal team.
• Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
• Overseeing and managing the overall budget for all campaigns
• Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
• Ability to write some content for blogs or email campaigns.
• Creation of monthly reports for clients to analyze performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on Paid Social experience.
• Experienced with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads & Google Analytics.
• Content creation and Email Marketing Skills
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous agency experience (desirable)
• Confidence in liaising with clients face to face.
