We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to lead client accounts, manage campaign execution, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the creative/production teams. The ideal candidate will handle multiple brands, oversee project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
Understand client goals and brief internal teams (creative, media, production, digital).
Supervise the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate workflow and project timelines.
Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
Work with the finance team for quotations, billing, and project approvals.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (creative, digital, media).
Maintain up-to-date documentation, job sheets, and CRM records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
3-7 years of client servicing/account management experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Solid understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and production workflows.
Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
