Job Advert Description:
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about outdoor adventures? We are seeking a friendly and responsible Adventure Activity Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the welcoming face for our guests and ensure they have a safe, fun, and memorable experience across a variety of activities including ziplining, wall climbing, archery, buggy riding, trampoline bouncing, and castle play.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with their activities, providing safety instructions and guidance.
- Monitor activity areas to ensure safety standards are maintained.
- Set up and prepare equipment for activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing guest needs.
- Enforce safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Keep activity areas clean and well-maintained.
- Support guests of all ages, encouraging fun and confidence.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outdoor activity management or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay alert and attentive in a busy environment.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and working with people.
- Certification in first aid and safety practices is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
