Possessing specialist knowledge of Advent-Geneva application and Fund accounting business knowledge is an added advantage · Providing Geneva application technical support to teams within the organization · Assisting with systems integrations between Geneva and other capital market applications · Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures · Identifying and resolving technical or functional issues in Fund NAV processing and reports · Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business · Developing Geneva and SSRS reports for teams across the business · Respond to business inquiries and technical problems · Provide high-quality service meeting and exceeding SLAs · Address customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting while applying acquired knowledge. · Document all technical inquiries and issues. · Work directly with the Geneva product support team to quickly resolve customer issues based on customer needs. · Own the knowledge within Support for designated product areas - create knowledge, provide sessions, consult others, help them investigate issues in your assigned area, etc. · Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem solving while understanding customers business impact. · Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and ability to investigate related issues. · Must have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service. · Experience of directly supporting Enterprise-Level business team. · Ability and desire to learn new products and technologies. · Ability to work independently as well as with others in a global team environment
