Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced life support and critical care, including but not limited to rapid sequence induction (RSI), advanced airway management, chest decompression, and administration of a broad range of medications. Operate autonomously and as part of a specialized team in a variety of environments, including ground support, helicopter, or disaster response scenarios. Perform comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning at an advanced practice level. Utilize and maintain state-of-the-art medical equipment and technology. Provide mentorship and clinical leadership to fellow paramedics and EMTs. Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to all clinical protocols and safety standards.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):
Certified
as an Advanced Paramedic, Critical Care Paramedic, or equivalent with 5 years of field experience.Holds
relevant advanced certifications (e.g., FP-C, CCP-C, PNCCT) and a valid license.Demonstrates
expert clinical judgment and proficiency in advanced procedural skills.Possesses
exceptional crisis resource management skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under extreme pressure. Is a collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, capable of leading and supporting in equal measure. Maintains peak physical fitness and meets all operational requirements.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
