JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a trained Advanced Paramedic to be part of our team of healthcare professionals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide appropriate medical treatment in the emergency cases Assess and monitor the condition of ill and/or injured patients Collaborate with different relevant stakeholders (police, firefighters, doctors etc.) Complete a vehicle and equipment checklist at the beginning of each assigned shift Ensure compliance with minimum stock requirements, proper function and cleanliness of all equipment Complete and submit all documentation/paperwork requirements daily Provide appropriate documentation of patient intervention in the pre-hospital setting Operate ambulance equipment and respond to radio transmissions Oversee and supervise emergency team members Examine patient's and assess their medical condition Provide basic and advanced life support, including comprehensive patient assessment, invasive airway management, cardiac monitoring and administration of medications QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Previous working experience as an Advanced Paramedic for 2+ years Licensed Paramedic (B.Sc in Emergency Medical Care or equivalent) BLS/ACLS/PALS certification is mandatory (current) In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, terminology and medications Hands-on experience with medical equipment and devices Outstanding patient management skills Compassionate and friendly personality Critical thinker and problem solver Good team player COMPENSATION & REWARDS Remuneration & Incentive scheme as per best in industry Additional Benefits: Visa, Medical Insurance, Paid Annual Leave and Annual Ticket Allowance Professional growth & development Great place to work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent License/Certification:
