We are looking for an experienced and passionate Advanced MS Excel & MS Office Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise not only in Advanced Excel but also across key MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, interactive training sessions to empower learners with practical and advanced MS Office skills for personal and professional success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct comprehensive training programs
Develop structured course content, practice exercises, assessments, and projects.
Customize training to suit the skill level and learning objectives of diverse groups.
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and participation.
Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback and support.
Stay updated with the latest MS Office updates and integrate them into the curriculum.
Provide post-training assistance to participants through doubt-clearing sessions or consultations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an MS Office and Excel trainer or in a related teaching/training role.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and collaborative tools like Teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
Comfortable using online training tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred (in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field).
