We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) to join our dynamic emergency medical services team. As an ACP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced medical care to patients in pre-hospital and emergency settings. The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Emergency Medical Services/Paramedicine or an equivalent qualification with a minimum three (3) years course duration. Additionally, possessing valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and a Trauma Certificate (PHTLS or ITLS) is mandatory. The candidate must also be licensed by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS).

Responsibilities:
Advanced Medical Care: Provide advanced assessment, treatment, and care to patients in emergency and pre-hospital environments, ensuring the highest standards of medical intervention and patient safety.
Rapid Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls, demonstrating proficiency in critical decision-making and efficient execution of advanced medical procedures.
Trauma Management: Apply specialized trauma care techniques based on Trauma Certificate (PHTLS or ITLS) training, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in trauma cases.
Cardiac Life Support: Administer advanced cardiac life support interventions, including defibrillation, synchronized cardioversion, and medication administration as per ACLS guidelines.
Pediatric Care: Deliver expert pediatric care according to PALS protocols, displaying empathy and competence in managing pediatric emergencies.
Medication Administration: Safely administer advanced medications and treatments, adhering to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
Emergency Equipment: Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment, including cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, and other specialized devices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a timely manner.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and fire department personnel to ensure effective emergency response and patient care.
Continued Education: Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medical care through continuous learning, training, and professional development.
Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to all relevant medical standards, protocols, and regulations set forth by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) and other governing bodies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Emergency Medical Services/Paramedicine or equivalent (minimum three (3) years course duration).
Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and a Trauma Certificate (PHTLS or ITLS).
Licensed by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS).
Proven experience as an Advanced Care Paramedic or equivalent role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, trauma care, and cardiac life support protocols.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining emergency medical equipment.
