two Admissions Consultants

who can play a vital role in converting enquiries into successful student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Provide accurate information on our diploma programs in

Business

and

Fashion Designing

. Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring they understand program benefits, schedules, fees, and KHDA approvals. Conduct consultations to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information about prospects and admissions. Represent the academy professionally at events, education fairs, and workshops when required. Support marketing and outreach campaigns by giving feedback on student enquiries and market trends.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, admissions, or student recruitment (education sector experience is an advantage). Freshers also welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Ability to handle pressure, meet sales targets, and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills with a student-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive, energetic, and professional personality.
