About Emirates British Nursery

At Emirates British Nursery we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, in accordance with the British National curriculum. Great emphasis is placed upon delivering a broad and balanced curriculum which ensures the children establish a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and understanding upon which they can build throughout their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Admin team and headmistress regarding the day-to-day administration of the admissions department.
  • Promoting the school in the best possible way by providing customer service excellence to current and prospective parents
and school visitors.
  • Manage the admissions process, such as taking phone calls in relation, checking the details and documents provided by the
parents, and completing any enquiries parents may have up to the child\'s first day.
  • Maintain open lines of communications with existing parents and ensure that their feedback including concerns, complaints
and compliments are handled effectively and passed to the relevant member of staff, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other nursery personnel or departments as required.
  • Work with nursery\'s accountants and to communicate the relevant information to parents so they can complete the
registration process.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support in designing nursery tours for prospective new parents ensuring that tours are tailor-made to
meet their needs as much as possible and promote the nurseries events.
  • Use admissions data to inform marketing initiatives and work with the appropriate personal to ensure timely and
professional application.
  • Prepare all relevant child documents, when onboarding and hand them to administrator in a timely manner.
  • To answer any enquiries regarding the nursery via telephone, email or in person.
  • Check registers every Tuesday and Thursday, call parents if children have been absent for 2 days or more.
  • To positively promote the School with a view to achieve full capacity.
  • Follow up with all families that have visited, including those from whom there is no contact and close the conversation loop
with prospects.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
The ideal candidate will be:
  • At least one year experience in admission/ admin / sales and marketing preferably in a nursery, school or education sector
  • Applicants must be passionate about working in early years.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in addition to strong interpersonal skills.
  • Has outstanding customer service, building and maintaining strong communication and relationship with parents
  • Preference will be given to those who can join immediately
