Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Admission Counselor to promote and enroll students in our online courses. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide prospective students through the enrollment process effectively. This role focuses on digital and remote outreach, engaging students via calls, emails, social media, and other online channels.

Location : Dubai South

Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information and guidance to prospective students about available online courses and enrollment requirements. Conduct needs assessments to understand learners' goals and recommend suitable courses. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries to maximize enrollments. Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollment status, and communications in the CRM system. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, agents, and online partners to expand reach. Participate in online webinars, virtual open houses, and digital marketing campaigns to attract students. Provide personalized support to students during the application, registration, and onboarding process. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for improving enrollment strategies. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to enhance outreach campaigns and promotional content.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or admissions (online course experience preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment/sales targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple online leads simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication platforms. Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
