Course Admission Officer
to join our team! Preferably AfrcnResponsibilities:
Assist prospective students with inquiries about courses, admission requirements, and application processes.
Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to promote courses.
Provide excellent customer service to applicants and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in student admissions, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
