Minimum 2 years working experience in university advising and well versed with the entire application process of getting into both undergraduate &/or postgraduate programs.
Verbal and written fluency in English.
High level of attention to detail and demonstrated organizational ability
Excellent time management, planning and implementation, analytical, and computer/internet skills.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and people reading skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support to students and parents as needed.
