Salary : AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Admission Counsellor - Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and Admission counselling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students in making informed educational choices. This role is crucial in driving admissions growth, building trust with students and helping the organization meet its enrollment targets. Key

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and assess new business opportunities.
Establish, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to promote the company's products and services.
Proactively contact new leads, conduct follow-ups, and arrange client meetings.
Lead sales meetings and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (required).
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development(preferably in Education sector).
Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.
Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
