Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Learning Consultant to join our Dubai branch at
Edoxi Training Institute
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in theEdTech, training, or IT industry
, and a passion for helping learners and organizations achieve their goals through our courses.Responsibilities:
Promote and sell IT training programs and EdTech solutions to individual and corporate clients. Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach. Conduct client meetings (in-person and online) to present and explain course offerings. Understand client needs and recommend tailored training solutions. Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns that drive enrolments. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business.
