Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to support management through efficient documentation, coordination, and communication. The role includes handling petty cash, preparing quotations, managing client interactions, and organizing service-related activities. Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company records with proper filing systems.
Client Communication:
Serve as primary contact, handle inquiries, and maintain professional client relations.
Quotations:
Prepare accurate service quotations in line with company pricing and policies.
Service Coordination:
Arrange attendance, resources, and communication for service operations.
Marketing Assistance:
Support international and local marketing tasks; attend meetings as required.
Travel & Logistics:
Arrange itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for staff and visitors.
Office Support:
Assist with inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information securely.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is an advantage.
Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
