Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in organizing company events.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment requirements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when required.
Support HR and finance departments with basic clerical tasks.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Professional, well-presented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
