Job Description

1. Job Summary



The Admin-Site is responsible for accurately recording and maintaining employee attendance, work hours, and overtime to ensure compliance with project schedules and company policies. They monitor workforce productivity and assist the HR team in payroll processing.

The Admin-Site is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the availability of materials, and maintaining accurate records of supplies and equipment. This role involves stocking, tracking, issuing, and verifying materials while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

2. Responsibilities



Record daily attendance, working hours, overtime, and absences of site workers and staff. Maintain detailed and accurate timesheets for payroll processing. Monitor employee clock-in/out times and ensure adherence to shift schedules. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations regarding working hours and overtime. Coordinate with site supervisors and HR regarding attendance and employee absences. Ensure all timekeeping records are up to date. Receive, log, store, monitor, and retrieve materials in the inventory system. Maintain inventory control records, including documentation of supplies, equipment, tools, and company assets. Conduct material assessments, set reorder points, and verify deliveries. Execute material re-orders and returns as needed. Perform stocking tasks, including verifying supply levels and restocking shelves. Issue tools, supplies, and equipment to workers, subcontractors, and clients as required. Assist with the check-in/check-out process for materials. Prepare and complete material/supply orders and small purchase authorizations (SPA). Check and verify prices before placing orders. Inspect materials upon delivery in coordination with the Purchasing Officer. Coordinate with QA/QC for permanent material status for quantity and quality Control and verify delivery notes and compare them with invoices received. Maintain proper records of material delivery Prepare appropriate reports and forms related to inventory and stock levels. Communicate effectively and efficiently with the procurement team, project staff, and subcontractors regarding material needs and availability. Advise his supervisor (Site Engineer/Construction Manager) for material status.

3. Qualifications



Relevant years of experience in timekeeping in the construction industry. Literacy in English (reading and writing) Knowledge of labor laws and overtime policies. Good leadership skills. 3+ years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management within the construction industry. Knowledge of material handling procedures and procurement processes. Literacy in English (reading and writing).

4. Skills and abilities



Good organizational and time management skills. Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS office. Good organizational and recordkeeping skills. Attention to detail in tracking inventory and verifying deliveries. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage stock levels. Effective communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
