Job Description
Job Summary
The main purpose of this job is to ensure timely dispatches of Export Orders and Bulk Tankers. All export vehicles should leave with proper export documents. A strong coordination with Customer Services & other BUs. Follow-up with customers for timely decanting of Bulk Tankers.
Roles & Responsibilities
oordinate with customer services for arranging the Export Orders Documents.
Re-palletizing the stock for Export orders as per documents & share the sequence of trucks requirement to logistics department.
Coordinate with IG for timely placement of transportation as per material availability.
Ensure all order must pick and load in vehicles against the documentation.
Coordinate with Planning & Packing for daily Tankers dispatch plan and ensure availability of tankers for load.

- OTIF
- Stock count - Raw Material and Finished Goods
- Reducing detention charges by preparing accurate and timely documents
At least 5 years of relevant experience in any large FMCG company with basic knowledge of accounting, warehousing and logistics (IN/Outbound Operations)
ERP (Oracle experience)
Outbound operation activities
GMP Awareness
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel etc.)
Qualification
Graduate is a must. Post Graduate in Business Administration or Commerce or Accounts is desirable.
