Job Summary
To ensure accurate and timely entry of production, inventory, and operational data into relevant systems (such as SAP or ERP), supporting smooth workflow in manufacturing, Data entry, and traceability processes in the plastics and edible oil/fats production lines.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Lean manufacturing documentation like OEE tracking, HC allocation, and improvement logs.
• Assist production planning and scheduling teams by updating job tickets, shift reports, and downtime logs.
• Accurately input daily production data, raw material usage, and finished goods into the ERP/SAP system.
• Maintain digital and physical records for production batches, work orders, and inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Input production data into the Oracle/SAP systems for the production batches/ process order & complete the production batches on daily basis.
• Support batch traceability and ensure data integrity for audits and quality checks.
• Provide batch ticket, Label printing Number (LPN) and RMPM on time to the operator in coordination with warehouse team.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, correcting any errors or discrepancies from downtime sheets. Maintain discrepancies of staff attendance in weekly attendance report.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 documentation requirements..
• Responsible for monthly stock counting.
• Liaise with HR/Admin for staff attendance logs, overtime records, and uniform/PPE issuance tracking.
• Work closely with the production team to gather necessary data and ensure smooth data flow.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all production data.
• Perform any other administrative & Shopfloor duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor.

KPIs

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in OEE spreadsheets and Oracle/SAP systems, while maintaining production records and coordinating with the warehouse team
• Support production operations, including stock counting, attendance tracking, and acting as shift-in-charge when needed, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Work experience requirement

• 2-4years of experience in a data entry or administrative role in manufacturing, preferably in plastics or edible oil sector.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP/MM or PP module preferred) & certifications

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field;
• Additional certification in SAP or JD Edwards or related fields is a plus.
