Job Description
Job Summary
To efficiently manage and coordinate the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments based on product availability. Execute administrative tasks related to order tracking, document preparation, and record-keeping. Oversee warehouse stock levels and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory. Monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and overall stock management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan deliveries considering product availability
- Monitor and track orders for on-time deliveries
- Prepare necessary delivery documents
- Maintain accurate and updated records
- Oversee warehouse stock levels and initiate orders when necessary (Note: Removing outdated stock is not an administrative responsibility)
- Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods
Work experience requirement
A few years of work experience in warehouse in any reputed FMCG industry.
Qualification
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant specialization
