About The Role As an Administrator, Talent Acquisition you will support the Talent Acquisition team with the candidate hiring journey across your specific allocated divisions within the resort. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your stakeholders and candidates, working closely with the Managers to onboard candidates in a timely manner to ensure minimal headcount impact on the operations.
About You Our ideal candidate will have a strong background within a high volume, in-house recruitment environment, preferably in hospitality, retail, or tourism. You should have a stable career background with a minimum of 1 years administration, preferably in the UAE. A good understanding of the UAE visa requirements is highly advantageous.
