Job Description

:

  • Coordination and planning of administrative tasks.
  • Assist with follow-up of new employees.
  • Manage folder structure and documents in our systems such as SharePoint.
  • Write meeting minutes both from internal meetings and meetings with suppliers.
  • Follow-up in SAP, Inventory 7, registration and obtaining offers for maintenance work.
  • Assist in the base\xe2\x80\x99s social group with planning team building and events.

Job Requirements:

  • Office worker, preferably with SAP experience. Secondary diploma / Technical understanding will be an advantage.
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, proactive, service minded and willing
  • Economics or other relevant education + 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
