Job Summary: Looking for an Administrator in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle and maintain the office diary as well as schedule of appointments
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies and make orders when necessary
  • Generate and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial as well as other data
  • Present timely reports and prepare presentations
  • Handle daily management or administration of the office
  • Handle agendas, travel arrangements as well as appointments
  • Oversee the cleaning crew as well as cleanliness of the office space
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence
  • Manage protocol and departmental meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study
  • Practical experience in the same or similar position required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of office management as well as accounting processes
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Must be computer literate and confident using MS Office software
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to multitask
