Position Overview
The Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of Wild Wadi Waterpark by performing a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks. This role is vital to ensuring that departmental records, communications, and scheduling activities are handled efficiently and professionally within a dynamic hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

  • Handle general administrative duties including document scanning, filing, and maintaining internal databases
  • Support daily scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangement processes
  • Maintain records and manage organization systems for business documents, purchase orders, invoices, and reports
  • Assist in organizing internal events, conferences, and department-level meetings
  • Read and sort incoming materials, route documents, and monitor document filing and retrieval processes
  • Uphold data accuracy by regularly updating file systems in both digital and physical formats
  • Collaborate with the department head to implement improved administrative processes and internal communication standards
Ideal Profile
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing records and correspondence
  • Experience with filing systems, transcription, and meeting minutes preparation is a plus
