Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our leading hospitality group and oversee the office work for all locations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions, managing the office staff, and providing support to the executive team. Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative functions, including managing the HR & admin related calls and emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Manage the office staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. working on Sijilat, LMRA, Tamkeen portals. Ensure the office is properly supplied and equipped with necessary equipment and materials. Manage the hospitality firms payroll and employee benefits administration. Work with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Organize and maintain employee records, including attendance, vacation, and sick days. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging catering and transportation. Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships. Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Please send your CV
