We're seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized
Administrative Coordinator FULL TIME
to become the right hand of a busy business Partner involved in education, wellness, and sports. If you're someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and knows how to get things done--this is for you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Contact schools, nurseries, and institutions to schedule and follow up on meetings
Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
Assist in organizing events, programs, and training sessions
Handle follow-ups, phone calls, and email correspondence professionally
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Maintain detailed records, documentation, and schedules
Liaise between the owner and partners, clients, or team members
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with excellent phone etiquette
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Able to use calendars, email, spreadsheets, etc.
Positive attitude, trustworthy, and a self-starter
Previous admin, coordination, or personal assistant experience is a big plus
Office Located in KML BLDG, Meydan Street, Al Qouz, Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
