We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
with a background in
Events and Tourism
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in the travel and events industry. You will play a vital role in supporting our operations, assisting in event coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating events, tours, and itineraries
Communicate with vendors, hotels, and travel service providers
Prepare documentation such as proposals, bookings, and event briefs
Manage client inquiries and support customer service needs
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and project tracking
Handle administrative duties including filing, reports, office coordination and other ad hoc tasks.
Support marketing efforts (basic Canva/design experience is a plus)
