As our team grows, we are seeking a dedicated
HR Administrator
to join our team and support our UAE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns and provide HR support to management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate and support HR-related administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be currently residing in Sharjah, UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of HR experience in UAE

Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws
and
HR best practices
.
Experience with Odoo HR & Payroll software is a must.
Proficient in
HR administration
, payroll processing, and benefits management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
