About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Administrator - POMEC in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

To maintain an accurate record (log/hard copy) of outgoing and incoming drawings and documents.

Responsible for providing drawings as per request for all SBU / SSU.

Amendments to existing drawings as required and approved by Engineering Management.

Update the index list for new documents.

Responsible for maintenance and control of the Technical Library.

Responsible for safe keeping of all documents, drawings.

Responsible for storing, filing and distribution of operational manuals and technical details.

To perform other duties that management may, from time to time, reasonably require.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a draftsman

Advance knowledge of AutoCAD

Proven certification and qualification to work in Engineering/Technical field

Good level of English both written and verbal

MEP and hospitality experience
