Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Prepare, review, and process administrative forms, reports, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and communication.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Assist in visa processing, onboarding, and HR support activities when required.
Maintain and update employee and client databases.
Support procurement activities such as preparing purchase requests and following up with vendors.
Ensure timely submission of reports and completion of assigned tasks.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
