Job Description

Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to assist customers and clients with all their inquiries and provide satisfactory resolution to their concerns. Main Responsibilities Customer Service Work with full competence to make every customer interaction positive by leaving the customer feeling understood, appreciated, and confident in the organization's ability Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer centric solutions Provide advanced product/service information and respond to customer questions about the product/service Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve these, referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response Assist with the development of internal communications and work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs Liaise with colleagues from other departments such as the Facilities Management helpdesk, IT and other employees in order to setup and maintain Scality offices, desks and facilities Provide exceptional service to customers to encourage renewal / continued use of the organization's products/services Ensures that clients commit with rules and regulations and are up to date with the required amendments Follow up with clients for pending documents/requirements for registration, cancelation, and Renewal Administration Handle customer invoices and follow-up on overdue payments and ensure that all receivables are settled satisfactorily As part of the application process, prepare Lease/Board Resolution/Authority Signatory list for customer's signature, and coordinate with the Licensing department for issuance of the license Coordinate allocation of landline numbers to Scality clients, in coordination with IT colleagues, as well as the Finance team for creating and assigning invoices accordingly. Preparation of necessary documents prior registration/incorporation of the company. Handle company closing and cancelations in coordination with the concerned departments Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant degree, or equivalent Skills & Knowledge Minimum 2 years of relevant experience English language (advanced) Customer Service Communication Skills Oracle Financial Modules & MS Dynamics CRM Tools, Hubspot, and/or Sales Force Knowledge in startup companies licensing processes Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
