We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies.
Assist in travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
Support HR and finance teams with employee records, payroll assistance, and documentation.
Handle invoice processing, expense reports, and office budget tracking.
Coordinate office maintenance, liaising with vendors and suppliers as needed.
Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (UAE experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
