dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive
with prior experience in
Owners Association (OA) management
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations related to jointly owned property (JOP) projects.
Coordinate with owners, service providers, and government authorities (RERA, DLD, Mollak, etc.).
Assist in preparing meeting minutes, circulars, and communications for OA communities.
Support budgeting, documentation, and service charge management processes.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
Owners Association / Property Management
company (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication and documentation skills (English proficiency required).
Knowledge of OA processes, RERA/Mollak systems, and community management workflows.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
