Junior Administrative Assistant

in our Sales Team covering the United Arab Emirates!

BMC's corporate teams are key to supporting our global organization, helping drive our vision, culture, and success. As part of our Sales Team, you'll play an important role in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

You will provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, helping with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing emails. You will assist with travel arrangements and help organize sales events. You will help keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed. You will support the team by handling data entry, organizing files, and preparing reports as needed. You will learn and grow by working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

You are organized and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team. You are comfortable using basic office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You can manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities. You have a positive attitude and are eager to develop your skills in a professional setting.
