Job Information:


  • Perform administrative tasks related to finance / accounting / logistics / online shop sales etc. (documentation, input, shipping, invoices, travel documents, sales, customer service etc.)
  • Check the daily operational transactions on the marketplace.
  • Changing prices, stock and other information on the web marketplace.
  • Communicate with customers on the web marketplace via chat every day
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies in marketplaces and social media to increase traffic through social media by preparing interesting video content and promotional media (Ig, Facebook etc.)
  • Broadcast to all customers when there is a promo
  • Providing solutions and following up on handling complaints from the marketplace to the relevant team.

Job Experience:

Mastering the use of Accurate, Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot and other mathematical formulas), Word & PowerPoint Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Online / Marketplace / E-commerce Admin and willing to rotate work to other divisions.
