Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Skilled in managing challenging situations with professionalism and tact
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update both digital and physical records
Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
Update and monitor inventory files
Organize and maintain structured filing systems
Support the development and maintenance of company databases
Assist in the creation of reports and presentations
Handle incoming mail and correspondence
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
