The Administrative Staff will play a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations. This position involves handling administrative tasks, managing documentation, supporting departments, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
Support HR and accounting functions such as data entry, document processing, and record-keeping.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Draft letters, reports, and internal communications.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients when required.
Perform other related administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
