Job Description

Office Administration work coordination with office staff Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/transactions with the government sectors. Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e. trade license, chamber of commerce, CR etc.) Answering the telephone and dealing with incoming phone calls Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Handles a variety of situation and tasks involving the administrative function of the office. Manages, coordinates and maintains calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, records of communication ( documents, faxes, mail) Possess good knowledge in office administrative work. Can do social media advertisement like - Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Tweeter
