Our candidate should have minimum 3-5 year experience in a role as a Secretary / Administrative Assistant. It is a plus having experience in the Event Industry.
Your role as an Administrative Assistant:
The candidate is responsible for facilitating communications within the office and fielding interactions with the inquiries from the public.
The main duties will be answering phone calls, emails and inquires through our social media
channels. On a weekly basis, the candidate has to create social media content through CANVA.com and upload it to our social media channels and monitor the outcome.
Attending our events on weekends is mandatory to coordinate and communitcate with our clients on site. Further taking pictures and videos for our social media plattforms and moreover to be part of our events managment team on the day of events to get involved in the overall event organisation and operation.
By answering all our incoming calls, the candidate is the first impression of your company. Therefore the candidate has to know the business model from A-Z to be able to assist all possible customer inquieries on time. Further the responsibility is to perform tasks such as keeping files, booking meetings, setting appointments and managing day-to-day operations of a company. Secretaries might have access to customer accounts and may be required to resolve a customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue.
Must have:
3-5 years experience as a Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Excelent english knowledge fluently spoken and written
Passion for dealing with clients via phone or any media
Customer-centered thinking
Fast absorption of inquires and issues / solution orientated thinker
Handling isues with a clear logical abroach due to the ability to act confident based on a personal responsibility mindset
Trusted and realiable
Experience in the Event industry is a plus
