Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Assist in organizing conferences, meetings as well as travel reservations for office staff
  • Plan and confirm appointments for clients
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports
  • Assist in filing documents as well as entering data into databases
  • Receive calls as well as emails redirect them
  • Carry out any other relevant tasks as may be assigned
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in a relevant course
  • At least 1+ years of relevant working experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent filing, recordkeeping and organizational skills required
  • Must be experienced in appointment scheduling
  • Good Ms Office suite required
  • Must be diligent and organized
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Should be good in handling international clients
  • Must be able to join immediately
