Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external clients
Take accurate minutes during management meetings
Manage and maintain management schedules and calendars
Support the leadership team with administrative tasks and project coordination
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Female candidate with 3-5 years of proven UAE or GCC experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
A proactive team player with a professional attitude
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
