Job Description

Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas and other supporting materials for meetings. Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the Executive Office, including emails, reports, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests directed to executives. Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless logistics for executives. Organize and oversee events, conferences, and executive meetings, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and professionally. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, providing updates and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily operations. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Greet and assist visitors and clients Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical) Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents Order and manage office supplies Maintain adequate supplies of office stationery Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate maintenance requests Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Manage confidential files and documents securely.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a President or CEO. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office tools. Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
