Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and capable Administrative Secretary with 3-5 years experience and a fast learner. Responsibilities: * to assist us with office administration. * responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases. * required to manage office supplies. * Drafting and typing memos, emails, and correspondence for the Tenants. * Document Controller (How to segregate the file and put it on proper filing.) * Responsible for receiving, circulating, and recording all incoming and outgoing letters, and emails. * Ensuring quality formats are being used adequately. *Maintain documentation for easy traceability and proper filing (soft and hard copy). * Prepare the Transmittal of payment and submit it to the Main Office * Receiving incoming calls. * Sending emails, correspondence, and related documents for Mall events. * Performs other related duties as required and assigned. * Make travel arrangement * Coordinate with the shop representative for any repair/maintenance and complaint for their shop. * Update Instagram Marketing posting submitted by the tenant for their Promotion * Coordinate with GMI for Advertisement in LED screen Interested applicant kindly send your CV
