Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle secretarial as well as admin related duties in the office
  • Assist in preparing correspondences as well as regularly scheduled reports
  • Monitor office supplies and make requisitions as and when necessary
  • Plan and schedule meetings and handle appointments
  • Organize, share out and file all office mail, memos as well as documents
  • Keep up and update the company database
  • Assist in preparing as well as typing various office documents
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • University Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of related working experience
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Must have good skills in using the office management software such as MS Office packages
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Must be organized and a good time manager
